Ingredients

  • 40 g Raspberry Confiture/Jam good quality confiture/jam makes all the difference
  • Splash Hot Water
  • 140 ml Pear Juice
  • 60 ml Orange Juice
  • 60 ml Sparkling Water or 7up/Sprite
  • Ice Cubes

Topping (Optional)

  • Raspberries dusted with Powdered Sugar/Icing Sugar

Instructions

  • I used store-bought pear and orange juice for this recipe, but you can also make your own. For fresh orange juice, cut the orange in half, juice it, and strain for a smooth, pulp free juice. For fresh pear juice, peel, core, and roughly chop the pear, then blend it with a splash of water and strain.
  • In a small bowl, add the raspberry confiture. Add a splash of hot water to loosen it, then whisk until smooth.
  • Spoon the raspberry confiture equally into the bottom of your serving glass and add ice cubes to the glass.
  • Pour in the pear juice, followed by the orange juice, and finish with sparkling water.
  • Optional garnish: Make a small slit at the bottom of each raspberry with a sharp knife. Dust lightly with powdered sugar and place 1–2 raspberries on the rim of each glass.
  • Serve with a small mixing spoon or stir stick so guests can mix the drink before drinking. Enjoy!
