    Air Fryer Apple Crumble Apple Mixture: 1/2 larg Air Fryer Apple Crumble 

Apple Mixture:

1/2 large apple or 1 small apple (chopped)
Juice of 1/4 lemon
1 tbsp dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
A pinch of ground cardamom
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tbsp flour

Oat Crumble Topping:

2 tbsp oats
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp melted unsalted butter

Steps:

Mix all apple mixture ingredients and place into an oven/air fryer-safe ramekin or mini casserole dish.
Air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix all crumble topping ingredients.
Add the oat crumble topping over the apples and air fry again at 180°C for 5–6 minutes until golden and crisp.

Smoked Salmon Ceviche with Apple

50g smoked salmon (cutinto small pieces)
1/2 onion (cubed)
1/2 large apple or 1 small apple (cubed)
1/4 lemon (juice only)
1 cherry tomatoe (cubed)
1/2 or 1 red/green jalapeño (according to heat preference)
Some fresh coriander/cilantro 
1/2 tsp sugar
Pinch of salt

Steps:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl (I forgot to add the tomatoes and cilantro during filming 😭)
Mix well and serve with tortilla chips.

As someone whose life revolves around food—curating recipes, shooting content around it and etc, it’s heartbreaking to know that, right now, thousands of people in Gaza are facing starvation. This isn’t just a lack of food—it’s a full-blown humanitarian crisis.

No one should ever have to go days without eating. No child should die from hunger. The fact that this is happening in our world today is devastating and it is breaking my heart.

What makes spring bearable for me is this: Buttery, flaky crust with tangy-sweet cherry filling paired with sweet, crisp apples and almond slivers — the moment the fork pierces that lattice crust: ✨CRUNCH✨ And then you break off a piece of the pie and put it in your mouth, it's so good that— well, suddenly Spring doesn’t feel so bad anymore.
