Prep the garnish
Begin by prepping the lemon. Cut one lemon in half and squeeze the juice from one half into a small bowl using a citrus reamer, lemon squeezer, or simply your hands. Set it aside. Reserve the other half of the lemon for other uses.

In a smoothie blender or a regular blender (ensure it can handle frozen fruits, ice, or alcoholic drinks), add the lemon sorbet, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar, rosé, and strawberries (either frozen or fresh). Blend until smooth and well combined.

Serving the Pink Sgroppino
Pour the blended Pink Sgroppino evenly into two wine glasses. For an optional garnish, cut a slice from the reserved lemon half, quarter it, and make a small slit in the fleshy part of each quarter. Attach the quartered lemon pieces to the rims of the wine glasses.
